Open Site settings → Conversions.

Goals appear under Behaviors → Goals with their unique visitors and total conversions. Filter by a goal to see where its converting visitors came from. See Filters.
A missing leading / on a page goal is added for you. Duplicate goals are rejected.
The automatic events from General settings (Outbound Link: Click, File Download, Form: Submission) get their goals created for you when you switch them on.
An event only appears as a goal once you create it. Properties are available for any event, goal or not.
