Getting help with a self-hosted install

Self-hosted Tidemark is free and open source, and support for it comes from the community.

• Read these docs first. Troubleshooting, Requirements and Updating cover the usual problems.
• Ask in the community on Discord. Join the Tidemark Discord for questions, ideas and help from other people running Tidemark.
• Report a bug or ask for a feature on GitHub. Open an issue at github.com/tidemark-analytics/tidemark/issues. Include your Tidemark and PHP versions and what you see in the error log. Pull requests are welcome.

The maintainers read the issues and the Discord, but there is no guaranteed response time for self-hosted installs. If you would rather not run a server, Tidemark Cloud includes direct support, and you can move your data across.
