Billing and your subscription

Billing for Tidemark Cloud is handled by our payment provider, Creem. It emails your receipts separately from Tidemark.

Upgrade to Pro

1. Open Account settings → Plan & billing.
2. Choose Monthly ($7) or Yearly ($70).
3. Pay at checkout. Pro starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.

Change or cancel

Use the billing portal link on the same page to update your card, switch between monthly and yearly, download invoices or cancel.

If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to the Free plan.
